Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Class (No Risk)

Every new student is entitled to a free trial lesson. No payment details are required to take a trial class. Payment is requested only after you have experienced our lesson quality and decide to officially enroll.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

• First Week Refunds: Full refunds are available if requested within 7 calendar days of your initial monthly subscription payment.
• Unused Class Credits: If Tartil Quran fails to deliver scheduled classes due to tutor unavailability or administrative issues, prorated refunds or credits will be granted.
• Advance Cancellation: If you notify us prior to the start of a new billing cycle, your subscription will be cancelled with no further charges.

3. Class Rescheduling & Missed Lessons

• 24-Hour Rescheduling Rule: If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of a conflict, your tutor will reschedule a makeup session at no extra charge.
• Unnotified Absence: Sessions missed without 24 hours advance notice cannot be refunded or guaranteed for makeup.
• Tutor Makeup Responsibilities: If a tutor misses a scheduled class, a makeup session will be scheduled at your convenience.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day money-back guarantee window has passed.
• Classes already delivered and attended as scheduled.
• Technical issues occurring solely on the student's personal device or local internet provider.
• Termination due to student breach of our Code of Conduct or respectful behavior guidelines.

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund or cancel your monthly subscription, simply reach out to our administration team via email or WhatsApp with your student name and reason for request:
