If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a student under 18 years of age, you accept full responsibility for compliance with these terms on behalf of the student.
2. Educational Services & Free Trial Policy
- Course Delivery: Tartil Quran provides live 1-on-1 and small group online instruction in Quranic Reading, Tajweed, Hifz (Memorization), Basic Qaida, Islamic Studies, and Arabic.
- Free Trial Session: We offer a complimentary trial class per new student without financial commitment. The trial allows parents/students to assess tutor compatibility and teaching methodology.
- Teacher Allocation: Tutors are assigned based on student language preferences, level, gender choice, and availability. Tartil Quran reserves the right to reassign tutors if necessary while maintaining educational quality.
3. Tuition Fees, Billing & Payment Terms
- Monthly Fee Plans: Tuition fees are billed on a monthly cycle in advance of class delivery as specified in our Fee Schedule.
- Currency Acceptance: Payments are accepted in USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, or other approved regional currencies through our secure online payment gateways.
- On-Time Payments: Fees must be settled prior to the start of each billing month to secure continuous teacher scheduling and slot reservation.
4. Class Attendance, Rescheduling & Makeup Policy
- Student Punctuality: Students are expected to log in on time. If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Advance Rescheduling Notice: To qualify for a makeup class, students/parents must provide at least 24 hours advance notice via WhatsApp or email prior to missing a session.
- Unannounced Missed Classes: Sessions missed without 24 hours prior notice are non-refundable and not guaranteed for makeup makeup availability.
- Teacher Absence: If a tutor misses a class due to an unforeseen emergency, Tartil Quran will arrange a makeup class or provide a qualified substitute.
5. Code of Conduct & Respectful Learning
Tartil Quran enforces a respectful, safe, and Islamic learning environment:
- Students and tutors must maintain professional decorum and respectful communication during all live classes.
- Proper modest attire and a quiet learning environment are required for live video sessions.
- Any form of harassment, disrespectful language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate course termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum materials, logos, branding, website content, images, graphics, and course structures belong exclusively to Tartil Quran Online. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our educational content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tartil Quran is not liable for technical disruptions, internet outages, or software failures occurring on the student's side. We strive for 99.9% service uptime and will assist students in resolving any technical difficulties promptly.
8. Changes to Terms & Contact Information
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
